You must be at least 13 years old to use Squidki. Users under 13 are prohibited (see COPPA Compliance Section).

1.3 Description of Service
Squidki provides an online platform for rhythm-based survival strategy games where users:

  • Create and merge music beats in Sprunki's arena.
  • Compete against rivals in rhythm battles.
  • Evolve a personalized sonic avatar.
  • Access free gameplay with dynamically generated content ("no repeats").

1.4 User Responsibilities

  • Do not upload content that infringes copyrights, contains hate speech, or is illegal.
  • Do not hack, spam, or disrupt other users.
  • Account security is your responsibility.

1.5 Intellectual Property

  • All game content (code, graphics, music) is owned by Squidki or licensed partners.
  • User-generated beats/avatars remain your property, but you grant Squidki a non-exclusive license to host and display them.

1.6 Disclaimer of Warranties
Squidki is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

1.7 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from your use of the Website.

1.8 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these ToS.

1.9 Governing Law
